**#ED recovery** on IRC server shadowfire.org is a friendly support chat for those with eating disorders current, recovering and recovered.

We ask that you read our [[guidelines|chat guidelines]].
You can connect to us via an irc client such as mIRC, Xchat, IceChat etc.

**You must have the channel key to enter the room with an external IRC client. That channel key is "recovery". You can type /join #ED recovery and it will log you in.**

If you do not have or wish to install a client you can use our web based [[http://spherevision.org/pjirc/edircchat|java chat]]. \\
Make sure to have java enabled. A box may pop up asking for your permission to run the java program, click "yes" to run the applet.
